Melissa Bradshaw

Melissa Bradshaw, Real Estate Broker and Owner, is a 15-year veteran of a diverse real estate industry. Originally from Shelby, she has represented clients all over North Carolina, South Carolina, and Colorado in places such as Asheville, Charlotte, Myrtle Beach, Denver, and Colorado Springs. Melissa has built a solid foundation of clients in the local community through her professionalism, attention to detail, and commitment to always put her clients’ specific needs above all else. While practicing real estate in a wide range of locales, each with unique market traits, Melissa has gained extensive experience in residential sales, commercial sales, land and farm sales, property management, and investment properties.

Born and raised in Cleveland County, Melissa graduated from Crest High School, then continued to Gardner-Webb University graduating with a degree in Business Administration and Management. She has worked in the banking industry, as well as held multiple sales and marketing positions. Melissa also works in the education field, teaching classes on the Microsoft product suite, Multimedia and Webpage Design. Having a true passion for real estate, Melissa has continued to leverage her experience and expertise as well as her technical skills to exceed her clients’ expectations.

Melissa is active in the local community and is a proud member of the Cleveland County Realtors Association, and Cleveland County Chamber of Commerce. A dedicated mother, Melissa loves spending time with her daughter, family, and friends. Melissa also enjoys the outdoors, working out, traveling, and attending her local church.
